Not sure where to start? You’re not alone!
Many individuals have questions and don’t know whether they truly want or need legal assistance, what “practice area” might apply to their particular circumstances, or how to figure out which attorney or law firm to hire. We understand that considering reaching out to an attorney may feel daunting, and you may not know exactly what you might need and what it might entail – and we are here to try to provide some insight.
If you’d prefer to go on ahead and speak with an attorney,
contact us to schedule a consultation.
At Price Law, PLLC, our goal is to assist our community by taking a comprehensive, ‘big picture’ approach to helping individuals navigate what their options are and how they might achieve them – whether or not that is with our firm. Like any relationship, it is important that you and your legal representation are a good fit.
As such, our website is currently being restructured. We would like you to be able to learn more based on your circumstances – including some preliminary information as well as whether we or another office might be suited to assist you with your concerns. Whether you’re contemplating maintaining or preserving the status quo, addressing a current change in circumstance, or planning for potential future changes, you are likely thinking about why you might want to talk to an attorney rather than what ‘area of law’ applies for you. With that in mind, our website will attempt to group common concerns and life events together under similar topics and categories so that you can intuitively find information based on your particular circumstances.
Located in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, our office’s focus is on compassionately assisting individuals with addressing their long-term goals while taking into account that circumstances can – and almost certainly will! – change for them as time goes on. In terms of traditional practice area designations, this may involve aspects of Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Estate Administration, along with related issues such as resolution-focused agreements (such as pre-nuptial agreements or separation agreements) and real estate needs such as refinancing or retitling a home or other property.
Our office is wheelchair accessible, LGBTQ+ friendly, and welcoming of people of all backgrounds and identities. We provide consultations of up to 45 minutes by phone, by Zoom, or in person – by appointment only, to ensure someone is present and able to serve you – at a flat rate of $100.00. We can accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards.
